Titans of the Old World - Resurrection

Description

The overall concept I was going for was of a far off future where our most terrifying weapons from a long forgotten war reactivate and wreck mayhem on the world. With humans no longer around, they set their sights on the animal kingdom, determine to wipe out all life on Earth.

I guess the main conflict for this piece would be: "Who will rise up to the machines... when we're no longer around?" I wanted to play off that "nature vs. machine" theme and I feel that it would be a interesting concept to continue creating :)

Update: Made changes. Looks better in my opinion ^_^;
Update 2: Toned down the moss and added a tad of textures.
Update 3: Added some details. That's that. Not gonna touch this one again lol.

"Best Drawings" group stop sending out messages to notify about upgrades to Brilliant, but just wanted to let you all know that this one made it to that folder ^_^ Pretty awesome. Got me really motivated to keep at it :)

Well, you could have these weaponized machines begin killing each other, as you say, while ''missed'' shots begin morphing the vegetation into really deadly things that shoot acid and such, strangling these robotic objects into lumps of rust. Once that's done, the vegetation turns on itself. In the wings,''missed'' shots that have injured but not killed animal life has begun an accelerated evolutionary march forward toward a human-like species that exist in small communities in the shadows, aiding each other in survival. Eventually all plant-life loses its hostile genetic abnormalities, reverting to only slightly aggressive vegetation as we know it today. At the same time, animal life has now become human, peaceful, and VEGETARIAN ! How's that--
